Location

The local elementary schools are Esther Burney Elementary, Lincoln Elementary Magnet School, and JS Robinson Elementary. Middle Schools are Marshall Middle(Magnet), Tomlin Middle School, as well as Turkey Creek Middle School. The local High school is Plant City High (Home of the Raiders). Hillsborough County also has a School Choice Program, in which you can apply and have your child attend the school that fits their education needs and desires. Shopping centers no more than 5 minutes away include Walmart, Winn Dixie and Publix, just to name a few.

Every unit is built in a duplex (villa) style home. You will enjoy a well maintained brick structure that has stood the test of time. You have your own driveway enough for two vehicles. Front porch, and grassy areas both in front and behind your unit in which you can enjoy the sunny Florida weather, where children can play. Each unit has their own laundry room with washer and dryer hookup. Full kitchens that will fit a small dining table and chairs, real wood cabinets, and laminate counter tops. There are ceramic tiles throughout the unit. Handicapped accessible unit available if needed.
